Indirect pulp capping is a conservative dental procedure used to manage deep caries without exposing the pulp. After removing only the infected dentin and preserving the affected dentin near the pulp, a biocompatible material is placed to stimulate healing, promote tertiary dentin formation, and maintain pulp vitality.
When combined with the bio-bulk fill technique, this approach becomes more efficient and biologically favorable.
