Septodont to acquire TDV
BARUERI, SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL, APRIL 2, 2014:
Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil: Septodont Brazil Ltda., a subsidiary of Septodont Holding announces the acquisition of TDV Dental Ltda., Pomerode, Santa Catarina, Brazil effective April 1, 2014. This move strenghtens Septodont's restorative footprint by adding a restorative accessory category to their growing dental restoratives line.
This acquisition provides Septodont with a solid manufacturing presence in Latin America. TDV will benefit from Septodont's presence in 150 countries, giving TDV a broader global market.
Both Septodont Brazil Ltda. and TDV Dental Ltda. will continue to operate business as usual for the immediate future. TDV Dental Ltda., under the ownership of Mr. Hans Frank, is a successful business and Septodont hopes to build on their success. Mr. Hans Frank has chosen to remain on as a special consultant to the new ownership. Alejandro Lareo has been named as General Manager of the new facility.
Septodont has over 80 years of experience dedicated to developing and manufacturing innovative products for dental professionals.
